What is Alien Worlds?
Alien Worlds is an NFT defi metaverse running on the Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain and WAX blockchains. The in-game currency — Trilium (token symbol TLM) — incentivises explorers to play games and must be staked to participate in governance. Planets within the metaverse are decentralised autonomous organisations which receive daily Trilium from the central metaverse smart contracts. Explorers engage through mining by acquiring and renting land, and voting for Planetary governance to impact Trilium payouts. The metaverse is extensible because Planets are independent and can offer their own games UIs and NFTs. Indeed, users are already doing this.
How Do I Get Started Playing?
To get started playing the game, mining Trilium (TLM) and getting a chance to collect NFTs:
Get a Login to the Game: https://wallet.wax.io/
Use Login to Access to the Game: https://play.alienworlds.io/
Go to the Mining Hub, then click Mine. Wait for the mining time to lapse and then click Claim, when the Claim button appears. Upon clicking Claim, you will be shown how much Trilium (TLM) you have earned. Plus, if you mined an NFT, it will appear in the inventory of your cloud-based WAX wallet.

How Can I Get More TLM & NFTs?

What is Staking?
Players can “stake” their Trilium on a planet and in the near future, have voting rights in that DAO (Decentralised Autonomous Organisation). Voting will be initially used towards electing Planetary Councilors of their planet. Planetary Councilors will have rights to control planetary Trilium allocations, in addition to other leadership functions.
