Explorers Gather to Find the Signal of Distressed Miners
It seems like everyone in the Metaverse was at the first Alien Worlds Mining Rally in the official Alien Worlds Twitter. Lucas and Wax Gamer watched from the stands as Explorers darted around each Planet, mining on zero or low commission lands, in search of secret codes to possibly save distressed miners.

Tweets were sent with clues of where to mine and look for signals. Stories of new technologies and bizarre scenes poured in from individual miners, as well as from communities who gathered to work together.
David: Lucas, it’s been amazing. Tell the Explorers about this exciting event we just witnessed.
Lucas: Well, it’s been quite a Rally, I must say. To give you a sense of it, Tweets with Rally locations have been getting 500+ shares…
David: Shares, wow! Our active communities and Explorers must be collaborating. [Shakes his head, thoughtfully.]
Lucas: Explorers on Twitter often ask, “Where should we mine to find the signals to help the distressed miners?” So, we put together a Rally with lands where miners could go with zero or low commissions.
David: How did you know what lands to pick?
Lucas: Our Explorer communities are very important in honing in on where there could be a useful signal.
David: Magic happens in the communities. It’s true. How many lands did we visit in the Rally?
Lucas: It was 19 lands over 7 days, beginning on May 27, 2021, and the last Rally pitstop land was on June 3, 2021. A day later, we picked the winners. Thousands of miners joined in on the Rally.
David: Did you find any promising signals?
Lucas: 32 Tweets regarding the Rally were heard throughout the Metaverse, yielding 12,000+ likes, 14,000+ shares, and more than 1,200,000 impressions! It seems that Explorers really enjoyed the event, especially coming together to potentially help distressed miners. It wasn’t just a mining rally but Explorers actually helped with a Mission.
David: Miners in Magor were in trouble. [David looks serious.] An advanced distress signal was sent throughout the Metaverse.
Lucas: And, this is new to us… we didn’t know how to interpret the signal.
David: If there’s one thing we know about the Alien Worlds Metaverse, it’s that when one Explorer needs something, we all come together.
Lucas: The Rally meant that Explorers on different Planets could work on the messages on their lands, all at once, to decode it faster.
David: Everyone wants to know if they found and decoded the messages.
Lucas: Let me share with you and the other Explorers what happened…
The Need
A post went out: The miners on Magor need your help. An advanced distress signal is being sent throughout the metaverse. By taking place in this rally you will help us complete the message so we can locate and assist the distressed miners.” Pretty quickly, 99 people jumped in to like the post, encouraging us to move forward.
Soon after, details were shared: “Hello Explorers, the Rally will consist of mining on locations across the Metaverse over the following week, to win you need to mine at least once in every location that will be specified.”
The Rally
Explorers came from near and far and rallied together to visit the lands on the Rally path. There was a singular focus: find the advanced distress signal, complete the message and assist the distressed miners.

The final rally point was at the famous Active Volcano used in the early miners burning rituals. A good land for miners all around, the charge time multiplier is 5.0x and the mining power and NFT luck are each 2.5.

The Victory
It is brutal out there, but we are grateful for the new worlds. As pioneers here, we are facing challenges that we never dreamed possible. One thing is for sure: Explorers come together to help each other.
Because of that, the distressed miners were located and rescued! It’s what we would all hope if it was any of us out there. If we had seen this type of camaraderie in 2045, it may have been a different story on Earth.
Not only that, our level of code breaking has improved… The Explorers learned some new tricks by working together so quickly and so focused. It was impressive.
David: It’s been unreal… Everywhere we looked, something strange was happening. The Spaceships reached new speeds zipping around Eyeke… something is going on there.
Lucas: The Miners from Magor have been reporting some unusual activity, too.
David: We saw all kinds of strange things… but, you had to be there to believe it.

David: Before I took off, Stacy said we got some code from the Federation. It unlocked once we got here. After everything we’ve been through with the Rally, I’m happy to report it wasn’t a new mission. It was giveaways!
Lucas: Awesome, these Explorers deserve some recognition! The collaboration along with the mining competition is a great example of how Explorers are building better worlds.
